I am glad to announce that my colleagues and fellow research group members Ana Garcia-Granero and Julia Olmos Peñuela are in search of a PhD student for a fully paid position covered by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, with the objective of contributing to project SIBSUIC (Social Impact Beyond Successful University-Industry Collaborations).
Applicants must have training in Economics, Management, Science and Public Policy, and/or related fields. They also need a good command of English and an intermediate level of Spanish. They will also need to meet the standards required to enroll in a Spanish PhD program, including holding at least an official Degree and a Master's Degree.
The chosen candidate will be granted a 4-year working contract at the University of Valencia's Department of Business Administration, within the broader Faculty of Economics. This contract will cover expenses related to research visits, as well as the yearly enrollment fee for their PhD program. Interested applicants should contact either Ana or Julia.
On a personal note, this is the exact same grant I am working under, and it grants plenty of resources to work on your thesis, as well as good opportunities to travel abroad and meet other PhD students and researchers. To sum up, it's an opportunity I would not pass up!
